TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

TERMS:  $20,000 Down on Day of Auction.  Balance Due in 30 Days or Sooner With Title Approval.  Title Insurance Will Be Used, Cost Will Be Shared 50/50 Between Buyer & Seller.

POSSESSION:  Day of Sale with Mutual Execution of Purchase Contract and Receipt of Earnest Money.

CRP AND GOVERNMENT PAYMENTS:  2022 CRP Payment and All Future Payments Will Go To Buyer.  Buyer Will Comply with State & Federal Guidelines for Transfer and Compliance Upon Closing. Note: Seller’s Share is 50% of total Payment.
