Consisting of 115 Acres, More or Less, All Dry Cropland.  40 Acres of Milo (None to Buyer) & 80 Acres Summer Fallow.  59 Acre Wheat Base; 3 Acre Oat Base; 44 Acre Grain Sorghum Base.  2017 Taxes Were $2,127.94 (Includes Farmstead & Pasture).  Sold For $735/Acre ($84,525)
