Consisting of 80 Acres, More or Less with 72 Acres Enrolled in CRP Through 9-30-2023 at $61.11/Acre for a Total Annual Payment of $4,400.  Buyer to Receive the 2019 and all Future Payments and Must Stay in Compliance with All Requirements.  2017 Taxes Were $788.32.   SOLD FOR $2200/ACRE – $176,000
