TERMS:  $30,000 Down on Tracts #1 – #3; $20,000 Down on Tract #4, on Day of Sale.  Balance Due in 30 Days or Sooner With Title Approval.  Title Insurance Will Be Used, Cost Will Be Shared 50/50 Between Buyer & Seller.

POSSESSION:  Immediate Possession on Idle Acres & Pasture w/Mutual Execution of Contract & Receipt of Earnest Money.  Possession on Acres Drilled to Wheat Will be After 2022 Wheat Harvest or August 1, 2022, (Whichever is Sooner).
